Hey Bart, you want to do something groudbreaking? Build your 'village' as part of the rest of the city. Pick a parcel that Tower is developing, or any big vacant parcel you can get, and lay it out like a village, instead of condo towers or townhomes. The warehouses at Master and Mascher, doesn't Tower own those? Or why not the Logan Triangle? Small, windy streets and mixed residential and commercial development don't have to be left to theme park 'village'. Build it right into the city.
