Hey, Philly, how many times have you heard filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan wax poetic about the city? How many times has he said he'd never leave? Never live elsewhere? Never film elsewhere? It was almost sickening, how much he loved Philly. Well, guess what: Turns out he's had an apartment in New York since 2003. That's like being an Eagle and moonlighting as a quarterback for the Cowboys. Now he's sold the apartment, but had to drop the asking price from $18.5 million to $9.5 million. Apparently, he didn't reveal his name during the sale process. He probably didn't want to get pummeled by Mummers. [CurbedNY]
