"Assuming we're talking about the cores of these cities, Philly has a good argument as more walkable than Boston or SF ... but what these cities have in spades vs Us is amenities (the heart of the Walk Score algorithm). We have less supermarkets, less shopping, less movie theaters, et et and we're therefore less 'walkable'.
