Folks, it's "true confession" time. Math has never been my strong suit. I misconstrued the numbers I was working with when compiling the Media Advisory you received from me earlier today, regarding the October 24th launch event for developer Bart Blatstein's spectacular new resort and casino complex to be built on the site of the former home of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. The actual estimated cost of the resort and casino is $700 million, not the $1 billion figure I'd used previously. I screwed up in not realizing that the additional $300 million I'd factored into the total project cost was, in fact, monies already committed by Tower Investments LLC to OTHER development projects in the same North Broad Street vicinity. I own this screw-up. I told you math wasn't my strong suit. I apologize for my error and ask that you correct the total project cost estimate to $700 million in all future articles, news accounts or postings about Tower Investments' planned resort and casino complex at 400 North Broad. I also look forward to seeing many of you next Wednesday evening as Bart unveils this amazing new project. Thanks. Have a good weekend.

Sincerely,

Frank Keel
