Oh and don't let this unit's recorded 15 million sale on the tax records fool you - other units were recorded at that same price before the bankruptcy (why this unit stayed with the original developer is beyond me). Even if Roberts did go for the Rittenhouse Club, it's more likely that he went for the 2 floors at 9.8 million as they are closer to 6K SF + 585 outside.
