Last we wrote about the Lippincott House, built in 1897 for the publishing magnate and his clan, the bed and breakfast had been relisted by Kurfiss Sotheby's for a little less than $2.6 million. The mansion, which we called the Most Beautiful House in Philly, had been on and off the market, but it appears Kurfiss has done the job, given that a sale is pending.
Now the question is what's going to happen to the building? Will it remain a B&B? Be converted back to asingle-family home? Turned into apartments?
