Blatstein Unveils Casino Plan: Say Bonjour to the Provence

Developer Bart Blatstein, who transformed Northern Liberties, owns the former Inquirer/Daily News building at 400 N. Broad. Tonight was the unveiling for his proposed entertainment complex, which includes a 120,000 square-foot casino. He may not have the gaming license yet, but given the attendance and the level of detail proffered, it felt very much like City Hall believes it's going to pan out.
