People of Bristol Township Can't Be Trusted in the Dark

A staggering 90 percent of Bristol Township is without power today, and the police chief there has called in the National Guard to assist. Not only will members of the Guard work on fixing the power, they'll protect citizens from falling trees—and from themselves:

[Police Chief] McAndrew said people have been trying to break into vacant homes damaged by the storm to steal copper. Officials also worried looters might hit businesses in the township." As of this morning, there have already been 10 reports of burglaries:
