The brick exterior of this building looks unassumingly (if intriguingly) Old City, but the basement of 42 S. Third Street is, apparently, a den of iniquity. Police raided the spot, which they've known about for a long time, and arrested three people today. According to public record, the building belongs to Absecon resident Thomas De Carlo, who's owned the building since 1990. We don't know if he's the same Tom De Carlo who was a beefcake model in the 1950s, but for some reason we hope so.
