Big Reveal: $280K for a 2BR at 12th and South

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game!
The two anonymous guesses in the comments for this week's Pricespotter fell on either side of the actual price for this perfectly fine condo at 1211 South Street. One person thought it would be $179,000 while another guessed $340,000. Interestingly, a one-bedroom condo a little more than a block up, at 1325 South, sold for $255,900 last month, but then, it was marketed as being in "the Avenue of the Arts section of Philadelphia." Rather creative if you think about. So what do you think? Is this a fair price?
