A reader sent us word about a construction project that piqued his interest at Second and Girard: "Turns out it's some sort of pet shop. According to L&I, it says something about animals. With pet shops in NoLibs at 3rd and Poplar, a new one on Girard at 4th and Girard, and another on Girard close to the El... seems like a bad idea." Any thoughts, pet owners? [Curbed Inbox]
