There's been a lot of linking to the art of Jon Rafman lately. He takes odd moments from Google Street views, applies a bit of high contrast, and voila—The Nine Eyes Project. He doesn't have any Philly images thus far, but we've been cruising Street View for a while trying to find stolen local moments that are poetic or unexpected. Let's make it a citywide venture.
