The famed urban theorist Richard Florida published a nationwide list of "The Neighborhoods Where Locals Want to Live" on Atlantic Cities. It was based upon the Trulia Metro Movers Winter 2012 report, which indicates the names of neighborhoods that get the most searches. For Philadelphia, locals searched most frequently for Bella Vista/Southwark, and ironically, Atlantic Cities chose to illustrate that neighborhood with—you guessed it—a mural.
