Someone hit our tipline to tell us that in Manayunk today everyone is talking about Manayunk on Ice, which is not an ice show featuring Yunkers doing triple axels (though we're sure they could). It's an ice-carving competition that brings carvers from all over the country (and one guy from Thailand) to compete. Sounds like the neighborhood folks are most excited about Friday night, when there's an ice bonfire. [Curbed Inbox]
