We're fully aware that mass emails are meant as promotional tools, but when we contacted the street artist Tilt last month to ask if he'd ever come to Philly—and he got back to us with praise for our city—it was a little like dreaming of international street art and then waking up next to Banksy. Today Tilt sent us (and, um, maybe some other people) this video about his creation of "Panic Room," the hotel installation that got design freaks talking. The video has music by Peter Bjorn and Jhon, which might be better than a string quartet playing U2.
