Tomorrow the president and CEO of the Center City District, Paul Levy, will present the State of Center City Report, which is being billed as no big deal, you know—just 68 pages on "all aspects of the downtown marketplace, including office, healthcare, education, hospitality, arts and culture, retail, transportation, employment, parking, and residential trends." Specific highlights will include information gleaned from the 24-hour surveillance cameras that were installed in Center City in 2011, like the fact that your shirt wasn't tucked in on Nov. 27, 2011, when you ducked in to Lagos to avoid your neighbor and then stood nervously, sweating, and didn't buy anything.
