Mayor Nutter is onboard the gaming train—at least when it comes to lobbying Harrisburg. He's going to fight to get that second gaming license—the one Bart Blatstein wants so badly—to stay in Philadelphia, where some engine of economic growth is sorely needed. The mayor will have to rely on the Philadelphia Senate Delegation, which recently met at the Palm (its own engine of economic growth) to discuss strategy. Of the state senators, it sounds like Anthony Williams, Mike Stack, Tina Tartaglione and Larry Farnese are on the same page, while Vincent Hughes is not. [Public Record]
