Tomorrow is the official launch of Philly Paintings, a massive project on Germantown Avenue by Haas & Hahn, the two artists who transformed Brazilian favela residences with their use of bright blocks of color. This building is just one of more than a hundred that they'll beautify the same way, along with the help of community members.
