Yechel Michael Lichtensteins and Nachman Lichtenstein, the property owners of the Thomas Buck Hosiery factory in Kensington that burned down in April, also own a building at Seventh and Market that's going to foreclosure this summer. Turns out, the Center City firm that was representing them in that matter is suing them for $500,000 in unpaid legal fees. We're sure Cozen O'Connor, the firm representing the Lichtensteins in the factory fire case, will be thrilled to hear this. [Philadelinquency]
