Tomorrow Brewerytown's North 28 is hosting a "twilight" open house, which sounds so much nicer than a regular during-the-day open house, doesn't it? North 28, which also goes by N28—these guys have the cool-naming thing down—is a new condo complex with one- and two-bedroom units.
