Wanted: New Marketing Manager for Parking Authority

A note on SeeClickFix complained of cars parking on the sidewalk on the 1000 block of Cross Street. In response, the communications chair of the Passyunk Square Civic Association left a comment saying the Association is collaborating with "the authorities"—"first the PPA, until the neighbors decided they'd rather NOT have us work with the PPA!"
