Disgraced Housing Authority head Carl Greene had lots of friends, and some of them were even friendly enough with him to have their emails subpoenaed by a grand jury. Now one of those friends' housing groups will receive a $510,000 three-year contract to do something lacking in clarity, and not everyone is happy about it. We predict angry meetings and internecine warfare among public housing bigwigs. Getting rid of Carl Greene has proved to be much harder than banishing other corrupt Philly miscreants.
