The great state of Pennsylvania finished near the bottom in a list of best and worst states for doing business in a survey by Chief Executive Magazine (which, to be fair, isn't exactly Travel + Leisure). PA landed at No. 43 (out of 50, of course), but Jersey was worse, coming in at No. 45. One of the CEOs surveyed said, “Pennsylvania has numerous, piddly taxes." Don't we know it. [PBJ]
