Today the Center for Public Interest Journalism (CPIJ) sent out a rundown of all the terrific things they've been working on—among them, sponsoring the BarCamp News Hackathon hosted by Technically Philly a couple weeks ago. The top prize went to Sheltr.org, which lets you enter a location and get information about homeless shelters and similar resources.
