Flyer Scott Hartnell's Luxury Crib Sells Quickly for $1.3 Million

Scott Hartnell's three-bedroom, 4,254 square-foot apartment in Old City sold a few weeks back, buoyed, perhaps, by a video tour Hartnell made four years ago. In the video, he shows viewers all his toys, like his numerous arcade games (including the ol' combined Ms. Pac Man/Galaga console) and an enormous leopard-print bean-bag chair, from whose cozy confines he watches TV. From roof deck, he points to the "Mr. Ben Franklin Bridge," a polite appellation that Ben might have appreciated.
