The Parking Authority has a post on its blog with a helpful guide to Philly street signs so residents can distinguish PPA signs from Streets Department signs. "Philadelphia has many street signs to help keep traffic move [sic] and to direct drivers to legal parking spaces. Not all of the signs posted in the city full under the responsibility of the Philadelphia Parking Authority." The post has photos of PPA signs and Streets Department signs, and instructions to call 311 for the latter. Translation: "Leave us the hell alone! We already have enough to deal with." [PPA]
