Artist Cesar Viveros has presented his first three concepts for the murals he's doing in Frankford, which he developed after extensive interviews with residents, walks in the neighborhood and historic research. The interviews were chronicled in a video series, Imagining Frankford, that revealed residents feel Frankford is a tight-knit community with an emphasis on family and long-term ties.
