Brooklyn Co-Working Space Delays Philly Launch

3rd Ward, the multidisciplinary workspace and education center in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, has been planning a Philadelphia location—only its second nationwide—since last year. It was supposed to open this summer at Fourth and Girard (an intersection made glorious in the rendering), but 3rd Ward's marketing director tells Technically Philly it looks like September is a more realistic goal. For one thing, they need Philly instructors, so if you have crafty, technical, mechanical, co-working skills, you should apply. [TP]
