It's a shame it's having troubles, but it may be that 1,200 square feet at the original price point was a little high—despite having a famed architect attached. In fact, the latter may be part of the problem. Folks enchanted by a quaint, cobblestone, historical exterior may not be enchanted by a sleek, spare, modernist interior—even with such tremendously fantastic bathrooms. We wish it luck, though. The location is excellent and the street really is a gem.
