Seems like every time we turn around, there's a new app or website that's made Philadelphia home. First Redfin, then Uber and now Estately. The latter is, like Redfin, from Seattle, and, like Zillow and Trulia, makes TREND MLS listings available online. It's a brokerage, so it receives a commission when a person buys through one of its agents. It's also distinguished by what it says are unique filters, like Walk Score. Give it a try and let us know what you think. [Estately]
