So the latest scoop on The Arch (formerly known as the Robert Morris Building) is that it's now 70% pre-leased. (These days everyone is putting things in percentages: The Murano is 82% rented sold; 10 Rittenhouse is at 50%—all we know is that we're giving 110%). Construction on the historic building near the historic Wawa at 17th and Arch should be done in early September, though there is at least one (lonely?) resident living there now. Rents are pretty much what you'd expect in Center City: between $1,349 and $2,900. [Curbed Inbox]
