Spoiler Alert: Mt. Airy 8 BR From 'Iniquity' Going for $750K

On July 25th the locally made film Iniquity, directed by Joshua Coates, had its red carpet premiere at the Ritz East. Here's the trailer:

The house that's featured in the film (which you don't really see in the trailer) is now on the market and the broker is using its brush with fame-ish as a selling point.

It's a huge house on a lot of land, but the movie appearance may be its most salient feature, as it's perfectly lovely but not one of those houses that makes you gasp, like, "What the heck is a bowling alley doing there?" The kitchen was redone during a retreat from the market so now it has the requisite features that people must have these days: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a center island. The photo of the kitchen you see here is the old kitchen.

Size: 8 beds, 4.5 baths, 5,160 square feet
Outdoors: Almost one acre of land, second-floor balcony, fenced rear yard.
Parking: 2 car garage + added parking
Extras: Hand-crafted bookcases, wood fireplace, sunroom
· Listing: 6907-11 Lincoln Drive [Estately]
