This adorable trinity on 12th and Panama—one of Philly's most charming blocks—sold for $220,000 a couple weeks ago. Like other trinities, the space is packed tightly: There are two bedrooms in 628 square feet. There's a renter living in the house now, but it's perfect as a starter home for a singleton as well—particularly a singleton who wants to stay a singleton. When it first went on the market in 2011, the asking price was a little higher: $269,000. But then, we were all younger once too. So it goes.
