Is This Obviously Strong Man Powerful Enough to Sell a House?

New, 2 comments

Look, you obviously don't want to mess with this guy. He's moving some heavy wooden thing while wearing sandals. But is he strong enough to sell this house in Northwood? Because it has a significant challenge: The bathroom is in the dining room—and by the way, it doesn't have a door. We're hoping that its doorlessness is for ease of access because otherwise it suggests rather awkward dinner parties. The home seems to be perfectly outfitted for a person who uses a wheelchair to get around, though we haven't taken measurements so we can't vouch for Rascals. For people who rely on wheels, though, the ramp and handicap shower are major pluses—no costly renovations necessary. And Northwood is close to the El, which is a transcendent quality in Northeast Philly. One thing, though, to keep in mind: This house is probably more ADA-compliant than SEPTA's Market-Frankford El, so don't get too excited about urban transpo possibilities.

Size: 3 beds, 2 baths, 1,360 square feet
