Now that the parcel is cleared and cleaned up with benches and whatnot, you'll have people hanging out here, which is a liability for the City because they own the parcel. Additionally, the new-and-improved lot is looking like a little more than just a garden; it's also a nice seating area which will primarily, if not completely, serve OCF customers.
