Tonight, starting about 8 p.m. and going till 11, there'll be searchlights criss-crossing the sky. This will not be Mayor Nutter's attempt to find the money the city hasn't seen from Jay-Z's Made in America [update: it's all paid up]—it's the first night of Open Air, the art installation that takes the tweets of Philadelphians and translates them into patterns of light.
