One of these two listings just says it straight out: The property is a "grandmom" house. The decor, the cabinets—so much is hopelessly out of date. But such sins can be forgiven (and ripped out) if you like the location. And you should: Houses in this area, particularly in East Passyunk proper, look like a pretty safe bet these days.
