The 1830 Rittenhouse home of late philanthropist-collectors Raymond and Miriam Klein closed this morning—at last. The 4-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot space initially went on the market for $4.7 million shortly after Miriam's death in 2009. Subsequent reductions (to $3.95 million, then to $3.3 million) didn't do the trick. According to a source, it sold for $3 million.
