The phenomenally preserved limestone mansion that once served as a salon is being relisted today with a price chop. Last year we wrote that it was on the market for $2.6 million; now it's listed by Kurfiss-Sotheby's at $2.45. Either way, it's incredible, with original millwork, stained- and leaded-glass windows, working fireplaces and so many other striking period details, it's head-spinning. (For more incredible images, see last year's gallery). The space can be used for commercial or residential purposes—at more than 7,000 square feet, there are plenty of options. Plus, two-car parking!
