Speaking of politicians who tend to speak frankly, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie—who's mere moments away from a head-exploding State of the State address—may be annoyed to discover that his state was ranked No. 1 among states that people moved out of in 2012—at least according to a migration study by United Van Lines. The most popular destination was D.C.; Pennsylvania showed 45.8 percent inbound migration and 54.2 percent outbound migration. [United Van Lines]
