PHL Local Gaming feels that they didn't get enough credit in the city's review of all six casino proposals. They'd like to reiterate that they'd be the first casino to open, and that they have planned a sports entertainment megacomplex which includes an indoor waterpark and a paintball range, among many other attractions.
