A new Girard Avenue shopping center is rising rather quickly. Though it only broke ground this past Wednesday, the 9th Street Shopping Center already has quite a bit of work done.
The shopping center will be anchored by a Bottom Dollar Foods, and will serve an area which up until now could only turn to the nearby Fine Fare (where the fare is sometimes not so fine) for groceries.
