Want to live in recently traded NHL Flyers forward Max Talbot's old digs? Talbot will ship out to Colorado to play for the Colorado Avalanche, and Steve Downie, who was a first round draft pick for the Flyers in 2005 will come back to Philly after a stint with the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Colorado Avalanche. Buyers with $1.129M on hand can enjoy Talbot's old plasma TV and projector, balcony, walk in closet, and of course, the knowledge that they're living in the one time home of a former Flyers forward.

Of course, the home's former owner isn't its only selling point. The place is massive, and the kitchen sounds like it's made for serious cooking (there are three ovens). There's also a finished basement with a projector, gated (but not garage) parking for two cars a balcony, and a roof deck.

House Vitals:
Size: 3,340 sq ft, 3 bed, 4 baths
Amenities: 3 ovens, granite countertops, 3 fireplaces, balcony, two parking spots, walk in closet, plasma TV and projector.
Asking Price: $1,129,000
