Hagert Square, a gated community of 30 rowhomes on the 2400 block of Hagert Street in Fishtown, has been under construction since June of 2012. Their first homes to be sold were sold last March, but a glut of them just hit the market.
The five townhomes that were just listed are all priced similarly, but there's a slight price difference. Homes with four bathrooms cost $1K more than homes with only three bathrooms. All the homes have four bedrooms, and are only two stories high, with finished basements and roof decks.
The development hit a roadbump when its former owner was under indictment for "federal racketeering charges related to a Russian-mob poker ring and sports betting operation favored by multimillionares and A-lister celebs", according to Philadelinquency. The development is currently being operated by new management, and if these five on the market homes are any indication, moving quickly.
