And the Award for Sleaziest Rental Ads Goes To...

Yes, last year's winner for "Most Embattled Construction Project" wins this years award for Sleaziest Rental ads. The Goldtex Building made headlines again this year for their less than subtle advertising strategy.

Craigslist ad headlines included:
"Call This Home! Girls Will Be Coming Back For Seconds. . ."
"WET DREAM? Make it Come True With This Brand New Swanky Loft Apt"
"Get set up in your new spot before all the College girls go home for t [Ed Note: tea? the summer?]"
"ROOFTOP AMENITIES WILL ALWAYS GET IT UP, EVEN WHEN YOU CAN'T"
And of course:
"Class act and nothing less!"

Though these ads led some Curbed commenters to wonder if perhaps they had been planted by disgruntled union members, it seems that Goldtex came up with this classy strategy all on their own.
