Luxury With a Furry Plant Wall At the Granary Apartments

Yesterday we brought you construction shots at the site of the upcoming Granary apartments, which are expected to be completed in July. As things are still looking gritty on the outside, we now turn to the warm hues of the marketing website renderings to gander at the luxury to come. Behold—the plant wall behind the spiral stair that says "you've made it!" To the lobby at least.

Of the luxurious elements listed, we have the most concerns about the "library/music room," which seems destined for a clash. On the other hand, that club room seems to be sporting some nice fireplaces and that nothing says "you can clean up Fido's mess for me," like a pet daycare center.

The official page has one bedrooms starting at $1,850/mo (the smallest is 668 sq ft) and two bedrooms starting at $2,350/mo (the smallest is 842 sq ft). Not listed is pricing for the one three-bedroom, which has 1,557 sq ft (it's on the 9th floor so we'll just assume that's the penthouse).
