To be honest, no, we don't really want to go outside today. But this townhouse in FishtownNorthern Liberties asking $650 K almost tricked us. It has six outdoor spaces if you believe the listing, and we're not even sure how that is possible but the photos seem to vouch for at least five. As for the inside, it's pretty standard issue luxury condo stuff, but tasteful. The three bedroom, three bathroom home is newly constructed with 10' ceilings, big soaking tubs, and fancy kitchen stuff. So waiting for outdoor season to really get here should not be too painful.
