Residents of South Philly's stadium district, which plays host to 380 events every year, are getting antsy about the possibility of yet another high-traffic attraction in their neighborhood. Though the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board initially planned one hearing for Lincoln Financial Field, all speaking slots for the eight hour hearing filled up, making a second hearing necessary.
