About two weeks ago, we mentioned two high density West Philly developments going up. Today, Naked Philly reported on further details about the 32 unit project doing up at 43rd and Sansom. The new development will be mixed-use and include 31 car parking spaces and 11 bike parking spaces, (ok, but seriously, what is a bike parking space? A space in a bike rack?)
The development will also have a green roof and bay windows. One of the developers was also involved in The Apartments at Penn project. The building will be designed by Blitz Architectural Group, and may start construction as early as this spring.
