Calling all nerds! Or chalkboard enthusiasts, if that's how you like to think of yourselves. This home is kind of small, but boasts a full size chalkboard, in what appears to be a closet. Broker babble, in a valiant attempt to describe the indescribable, refers to this space as "a computer nook." Though the interiors are a little shabby in some places, this house does boast exposed brick, hardwood floors, and, oh yeah, a giant chalkboard in a closet.

What this place lacks in interior beauty, it makes up for in outdoor space. Having your very own chalkboard might tempt some of you to shut yourself away from sunlight, but this house does offer outdoor spaces that might draw you out. There's a front porch and yard with an almost suburban feel, including lush vegetation and outdoor lanterns. Additionally, there's a brick back patio, which looks small, but not too small for a barbecue. All in all, there's not a ton of interior space, but hey, where else are you going to find a front porch AND an itsy-bitsy math lab in one house?

House Vitals:
Size: 1,142 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
Outdoor Space: Front porch, front yard, back patio
Features: Exposed brick, shabby chic simplicity, your own private chalkboard
Asking Price: $424,500
